Always get an independent and unbiased mold test
At Target Inspections we utilize the latest in technology to perform a thorough mold inspection from specific area testing to a whole house approach. The majority of our inspections are Non-Invasive (no holes).
All inspections include an opening interview with our client followed by a walk-through so areas of concern can be identified. Communication with the client is critical and we strive to answer any questions that may arise. All of our inspectors have also been trained in building sciences by attending appropriate Building Science courses. This enables us to provide professional recommendations on how to prevent the mold from re-occurring in the future.
It’s important to know that your mold assessment is accurate and unbiased in order to truly know the extent of the problem and properly decide on a course of action. The only way to insure the reliability of a mold inspection is to make sure that the inspection company has nothing to gain from the results and does not benefit financially from the mold removal. Additionally, unbiased testing should be performed after remediation has been completed to verify that the remediation was successful.
Unfortunately, we no longer provide tenant/landlord inspections. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but this is due to a recommendation from our legal council.
